Opening Event — Making the Turn: A New Beginning | October 23–25
Three days on campus or live online with Tami Simon, Jeremy Hunter, and GGSC faculty. You meet your cohort, begin your Inner MBA Compass, and establish the inner operating system that anchors the six months ahead.
Module 1: What's Mine to Do?
Name your North Star Outcome and articulate the commitment that will anchor the next six months. The work starts generative and forward-facing — inspiration before diagnosis, hope before scrutiny.
Module 2: Foundations of Conscious Awareness
Deepen the inner operating system introduced at the opening event. Jeremy Hunter's Intention-Results Map provides a research-backed framework for understanding why intention and result so often diverge — and exactly where to intervene.
Module 3: Emotional Intelligence and Being Your True Self
Meet the ego patterns, protective personas, and historical narratives that have quietly governed your behavior. The shift in this module is from diagnosis to relationship — from seeing these patterns to working with them.
Quiet Week: Integration and Reflection
A deliberate pause after the most confronting interior work of the program. No new teaching. Space to absorb, integrate, and arrive at Module 4 ready for what comes next.
Module 4: Conscious Connection
The interior work turns outward. The self-awareness, emotional regulation, and presence you have developed become tools for relationship — and you discover that kindness, compassion, gratitude, and deep listening are not soft skills but foundational capacities for trust, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
Module 5: Navigating Conflict and Hard Conversations
Stay present, purposeful, and genuinely curious in the conversations where everything you have built is most tested. Constructive conflict becomes a leadership practice — something to move through with skill, not a threat to route around.
Module 6: Being an Agent of Change
Finalize your Inner MBA Compass. Share your vision for what comes next. Step forward as a conscious agent of change with a living record of six months of transformation — and a clear answer to the question you arrived with.
