What is the Inner MBA?
The Inner MBA is a six-month certificate program for people who build, lead, and serve — and who sense that the next level of their work requires a different kind of inner foundation.
The program is offered by Sounds True in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, and LinkedIn. The path runs inward first. This year, for the first time, it opens on the campus of UC Berkeley — in person or live online.

Your certificate
Upon completion, you receive a certificate of completion from the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and Sounds True — recognition connected to one of the most respected research institutions in the world.
